CUTTHECOSTA.COM RELEASES NEW TRAVEL UTILTY FOR WINDOWS AND LINUX USERS
Jan 8th, 15:08 UTC
CutTheCosta.com, one the worlds largest online flights databases has launched a new search utility for both Windows and Linux PCs. And just like the website....its FREE!
Faye O'Neill, the creator of CutTheCosta.com is keen to promote the Linux version of the program. "A large proportion of visitors to our website are Linux users, we didn't feel it would be fair to ignore them by just releasing a Windows version."
The conversion of the program from Windows to Linux was surprisingly easy - it took about 30 minutes, we don't really understand why other companies don't release their programs simultaneously on both platforms. Not releasing to Linux makes no sense!
Using the program you can search over 51,500 different routes representing 178 travel operators in 193 countries. The search method is extremely fast with results being displayed as you type. By using the program you can find cheaper or alternative places to book your flights.
The program is very easy to use, you just enter where you want to go from and where you want to go to - it will instantly display who flies that route. Click the travel operators icon to visit their site.
A bonus feature for the program is the 'find connections' button, with it you can find extra routes that are made from two others. The program is updated regularly and is available to download now from www.CutTheCosta.com
