Pantek Acquires California Ecommerce Web Hosting Provider CybrHost

Pantek announced today that it had completed the acquisition of the assets of CybrHost
October 6, 2005 - Pantek, a Cleveland, Ohio-based company that provides Linux and Open Source software development and technical support services, announced today that it had completed the acquisition of the assets of CybrHost, an internationally known E-commerce Web Hosting Provider previously based in Visalia, California.
CybrHost, a Miva Premier Partner since 1999, provides Linux-based E-commerce Hosting Services to over six hundred (600) customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
"We are excited to add the CybrHost family of customers and service offerings to our growing business," said Pantek CEO, Richard Zack, "Pantek now provides Linux and Open Source services to over one thousand (1000) customers around the globe who utilize the flexibility and security of Open Source. We are the largest Cleveland, Ohio provider specializing exclusively in Linux and Open Source based professional IT services".
Pantek completed the migration of CybrHosts's massive Linux-based Hosting infrastructure from California to the Focal Data Center, located in downtown Cleveland, during the third quarter of this year. Pantek partnered with Fidelity Access Networks to provide the Internet bandwidth necessary to host the CybrHost network infrastructure.

With this acquisition, Pantek has created two additional jobs in Cleveland, to augment its current staff.
