Karoshi 4.0rc1 is now available to download from www.karoshi.org.uk.
Karoshi is a software system designed to take over the network administration that expensive proprietary systems provide schools in the UK.
Version 4.0rc1 makes the network manager as well as the technicians life much easier by providing a graphical interface for simple tasks that in previous releases were done using the console.
Karoshi has so far saved one UK school £20,000 and another £30,000 a year, while other schools are quickly following suit.
