Cendio AB extends SmartFLeX Technology Inc. Reseller status to Distributor Status

Cendio AP extends SmartFLeX Technology Reseller status to Distributor status. Both parties agree to jointly develop a ThinLinc Reseller Channel Program covering US and CA territories.

"By achieving US and CA distributor status we will now be able to offer favorable reseller terms for the ThinLinc Terminal Server product" says Hans L. Knobloch, President and CEO of SmartFLeX Technology Inc. "Throughout the next weeks we and Cendio will develop a reseller program that will provide licensing terms, an authorization and training program, and a ThinLinc/Thin Client WEB portal" Knobloch continues.

"We are currently re-developing our NETiON (TM) and FLEXiON (TM) SmartClient(TM) product line and we will especially focus on integrating the ThinLinc client. The ThinLincTerminal Server will also be an important building block in our cooperation with the upcoming SmartFLeX BizCon Small Business portal" says Knobloch.
