South Africa, 11 September 2008: South Africa's award-winning multilingual software developers, Translate.org.za, will be showcasing their translation management software at this year's International Science, Innovation and Technology Exhibition (INSITE).

Running from 15 to 17 September at the Sandton Convention Centre, INSITE showcases innovative technology and is supported by the Department of Science and Technology.

"Creating multilingual software, websites, devices and content are a primary concern for us", says Dwayne Bailey, Associate at Translate.org.za, "We will be showcasing translation management software that we have developed to reduce costs and increase the reliability of the localisation process. Many organisations shy away from multilingualism because of the perceived complexity, but with our software and consulting services we are able to reduce the human intervention in the process thus providing a quick and cost effective solution."

The localisation software automates the full translation cycle including extraction, management, prioritisation and output. A web-based translation interface allows an organisation to choose a model that best suits its needs, be it in-house management of translations, outsourced translators or a full turnkey translation solution.

Translate.org.za offers a range of services including custom spell checker development, localisation, localisation consulting, language strategy, keyboard creation and font development.

At lunchtime every day of the show, Translate.org.za will be hosting an open floor for anyone to ask questions about how to make multilingualism a reality in their organisation, product or strategy. Its an opportunity for CIOs, managers and developers to get their questions answered by experts in the field.
